哪些決策應該交給 AI、哪些資料需要保護、哪些結果必須能追溯，以及人應該在哪一個節點保留最後決定權。

問題不是先選工具。先弄清楚這個領域真正在處理什麼決策、什麼風險、誰負責。

先定義決策、資料、責任與風險邊界，再畫出資料怎麼流、在哪裡會斷。

最後保留必要的人類覆核，並讓系統在真實工作裡跑過，而不是只跑過 demo。

企業法務背景，主要經驗涵蓋合約審閱、個資保護、法遵制度與內部法律流程。近年進一步將這些 domain knowledge 延伸到 LegalTech、AI workflow automation 與 AI product 實作。
我的工作方式會先拆解資料、決策、責任與人工覆核節點，再判斷哪些環節適合自動化。實作範圍涵蓋法律工作系統、多模型協作、內容製作與營運流程。
My background is in corporate legal work, including contract review, privacy, compliance, and internal legal operations. More recently, I have extended that domain knowledge into LegalTech, AI workflow automation, and AI product prototyping.
I first map the data, decisions, responsibilities, and human review points, then determine which parts are appropriate for automation. My work spans legal systems, multi-model collaboration, and AI-assisted content operations.
